Leadership Rooted in Community
My leadership experiences are rooted in building a supportive and engaged campus community at Keystone Academy. By serving in student leadership, residential roles, and cultural and service initiatives, I focused on connecting students across grade levels, amplifying student voices, and creating spaces where collaboration, care, and shared responsibility could thrive.

Leadership & Governance
My leadership experiences are rooted in daily life on the Keystone Academy campus. Through residential leadership, student governance, and school representation, I worked to strengthen communication between students, faculty, and administrators while fostering a supportive, inclusive boarding community. These roles focused on practical problem-solving, student wellbeing, and community engagement—ensuring that student voices were heard and that campus initiatives reflected the needs and values of the Keystone community.
Class of 2026 Student Council Grade Representative|Keystone Academy
At PwC, one of the world’s leading professional services firms, I engaged in consulting-oriented work that exposed me to how economic reasoning informs real business decisions. I consulted for the charity store ShanTao Buy42, conducting a 35-page market analysis of China’s second-hand economy. My research evaluated industry structure, consumer segmentation, and sustainability trends, and proposed strategies for brand positioning, online sales growth through corporate partnerships, and volunteer engagement. The project emphasized affordability, quality, and targeted outreach to elderly consumers, illustrating how market analysis can support social impact and sustainable business models.
W7 Proctor & Dorm Council Executive|Keystone Academy
As a W7 Proctor, I supported and mentored students within a residential cluster of 56 dorm residents, helping maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment through daily engagement and responsibility. I also co-founded the Dorm Council Executive Team, contributing to an 80-member student leadership structure and organizing campus-wide dorm events that brought together students, dorm parents, and staff to strengthen residential community life.
Keystone Ambassador|Asia International Schools Recruitment Fair
As a Keystone Ambassador, I represented the student community in support of faculty recruitment, sharing firsthand perspectives on academic life, residential culture, and student experience at Keystone Academy. Working alongside school leadership during interview sessions, I helped convey the values and strengths of the Keystone community to prospective educators.

Cultural & Educational Leadership
My cultural and educational leadership at Keystone Academy centers on using storytelling, performance, and mentorship to strengthen campus culture and student expression. Through theater leadership, literary engagement, and peer-supported learning, I worked to create inclusive spaces where students could communicate ideas, build confidence, and connect across grade levels. These experiences reflect my commitment to fostering creativity, collaboration, and shared learning within the Keystone community.

President, Literature Playhouse
As President of the 50-member Literature Playhouse, I led theatrical productions for students across Grades 7–11, directing three performances including a Chekhov adaptation and South. I oversaw script development, rehearsals, and a 20+ person production team, while mentoring student actors in expressive performance and collaboration. The productions reached over 2,000 audience members, strengthening arts engagement and literary appreciation across campus.

Literacy Mentor, Reading Buddies – Floor Service
As a Literacy Mentor, I supported early reading development by working directly with younger students through interactive read-alouds and guided discussions. I mentored 40 children, helping improve reading comprehension, vocabulary, and confidence while promoting reading as a shared and enjoyable experience. The program emphasized peer connection and inclusive learning, reinforcing Keystone’s culture of service and educational support.

Lead Actor, Annual Chinese Drama Club Production
As Lead Actor in the annual Chinese Drama Club production Casting the Cauldron, I collaborated with a 60-member cast and crew to deliver three consecutive performances for an audience of over 3,000. Portraying the antagonist, I developed skills in character analysis, vocal control, and stage presence while coordinating complex scenes through intensive rehearsals. The experience strengthened both artistic discipline and collective teamwork within the school’s performing arts community.

Sports Council Vice President & Volleyball Representative
Since Grade 10, I have served as Volleyball Representative and later Vice President of the Keystone Sports Council, helping plan and coordinate athletic events for 500+ boarding students. Through organizing tournaments and promoting school-wide participation, I worked to foster an inclusive and energetic sports culture on campus.
As a member of the Keystone boys’ volleyball team (Grades 9–12), I trained regularly with teammates across grade levels and represented the school in competitive matches. My team won ISAC First Place in the 2023–2024 season, while later seasons presented challenges that required reflection and resilience. Volleyball taught me strategic thinking, emotional regulation under pressure, and the importance of trust and mutual support in team settings.

Alpine Skiing
I have practiced alpine skiing for over twelve years, beginning at age five, and regularly trained during winter seasons in Chongli. Progressing from foundational techniques to advanced carving and gate racing, skiing has shaped my discipline, risk awareness, and mental resilience. The sport taught me how to stay calm in high-speed, high-pressure situations and to approach challenges with focus, confidence, and adaptability.
